Nursery ministry | Newborn - 3 years
Our church family strives to be a blessing to parents by keeping a nursery for children under the age of four. In our nursery we strive to set a foundation of Truth for the children by teaching simple truths (i.e. God made me, God loves me, be kind to one another) as well as beginning the process of training children to be able to participate in the church service as they become old enough. This ministry is provided during Sunday school, both Sunday services, as well as our midweek service.
Children'S ministry | 4 years - 5th Grade
Our children’s Sunday school classes are specifically tailored for your child’s understanding. Each class is an organized time set aside for your child to hear basic Bible accounts and principles and most importantly, the Gospel. It is our mission to reach each child present with the Gospel and to teach them how it affects and applies to everyday life.
Midway through our Sunday morning service, this age group is dismissed to Children’s Church. While they are more than welcome to remain in the service with their parents, this ministry provides a setting where children can hear biblical teaching with specific application to their age level and learn how to behave and act in a church service while also having the opportunity to participate in dynamic children’s Bible songs and games.
Before our midweek service on Wednesdays, we have a children’s choir class where they are taught songs full of biblical wisdom and principles. They also memorize Scripture to be able to recite together for the church.
Teen ministry | 6th - 12th Grade
According to James 2:22-25, every time we are exposed to the Word of God we choose whether or not to let it impact our lives as Christians. The mission of our youth ministry is first to expose teens to the Gospel, and then to disciple them in it, teaching them both to allow God’s Word to impact their lives daily and to allow God to use their lives to make an impact in the world around them. We strive to disciple young people through providing godly role models to mentor and invest in them, as well as offering opportunities for godly fellowship and interaction via monthly activities and special events.
Adult ministry
Each Sunday at 9:30am we have an adult Bible study. This is a time that we have set aside to provide an environment that encourages learning how to study God’s Word and then apply it to personal life, marriage and family. Depending on what we are studying, we have either ladies and men’s classes, or one combined adult class.
Choir, senior ministry, and regular outreach are just a few of the many ways adults have the opportunity to be involved and minister together in our church.
One of the special qualities our church has and is known for is our special bond as a church family, brought together by and united in Christ. Each visitor and member is readily welcomed and loved on, both when we’re together for services and the days in between.
Bus Ministry
This ministry provides a means of transportation to anyone who has a desire to attend our services. We use this as an opportunity to cultivate relationships and reach our community with the Gospel.

Frequently Asked questions
What should I expect on my first visit?
We are thrilled to have guests visit our services. As soon as you walk through the doors, we believe that you will find a group of people that love God and desire to be a help to people. During the services you can expect to enjoy clear, God-honoring music and practical, biblical preaching.
Am I expected to participate in the offering?
No. We don’t invite you to our church for your offering. We want our services to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in our church truth from God’s Word, a warm family spirit, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is not a dress code, but we never apologize for encouraging people to "dress their best" for church. You will find people here from all walks of life and backgrounds who feel very much at home here at Crossroads Baptist Church.
What religious group are you part of?
Crossroads Baptist Church is not affiliated with, or under the authority of, any denominational organization. Instead, the Bible is our sole and final authority for all of our decisions regarding belief and practice. In other words, we are a Baptist church that is independent in our authority and fundamental in our doctrine.
