A Message from our pastor:
Thank you for taking the time to view our website. My family and I count it a wonderful privilege to serve the Lord together here at Crossroads Baptist Church. Rachel and I have been married for 10 years. We have spent our entire married life working together in the ministry. Our oldest child is Chloe, 9 years old. Abigail is our second daughter, 7 years old. Asher is our third child (first boy!), 5 years old. Justus is our fourth and final child ("2 & 2 - WE'RE THROUGH!" as Rachel would say), 2 years old. Together we are the Smith family of six!
In February of 2009 we moved our family from Indiana to come minister here at Crossroads. The wonderful congregation of Crossroads has been very welcoming to us; we feel as if we have always been here.
My wife and I understand what it is like to raise a family in these troublesome times. We live in a day and age when the home and families are under constant attack. The Word of God tells us that we are to keep standing strong even when in turmoil. It is my desire to strive together with you to help families stand taller and grow stronger in the Lord. I want Crossroads to be a place of refuge. A refuge where you and family can escape the "hustle and bustle" of the affairs of this world. A refuge where you can come and worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth.
